Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original VLAND packaging.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
